Upland Sister City Board members and officers meet monthly to plan and coordinate the association’s activities. Throughout the year we organize a variety of events, including an annual meeting in the spring and a Christmas dinner. The Board also makes detailed arrangements whenever visitors come from our Sister Cities in Mildura, Australia, and Caborca, Mexico.
